Rosé
Grapes for our rosé wines are sourced from 11-year old Cabernet Sauvignon in Treeton Estate’s Creek Block and Valley Block or 12-year old Shiraz vines from our Park Block plantings (see map).
2008 Veronica
A blush-style rosé , made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, pressed to give soft berry flavours. Lightly sweet on the finish, with a faint spritz.

The Veronica and Petit Rouge are best paired with salmon, fish, chicken, asian-style food and turkey. Or with a subtle cheese such as emmental. Or on its own on a relaxing summer afternoon.
